Executes the DEC Screen Alignment Test (DECALN, ESC # 8).

Fills the entire visible screen viewport with uppercase 'E' characters, resets all vertical and horizontal scrolling regions to the full viewport limits, homes the cursor to (0, 0), and cancels any pending cursor wrap state.
