Parameters

maxVisitedEntries

positive cap on inspected direct children.

scanBudgetNanos

positive best-effort monotonic scan budget.

ioDispatcher

dispatcher used only for blocking filesystem access.

Throws

IllegalArgumentException

if a capacity or the scan budget is not positive.
