setThemePalette

Sets the theme-configured color palette for the terminal session.

This updates both the default theme palette and the active palette. The host palette's light/dark classification is also used by private DSR 996; application palette overrides do not change that host preference. A changed host palette emits a mode 2031 report when subscribed and allowed, including changes that retain the same light/dark classification.
