KetraTerminsertLines
Inserts count blank lines at the cursor row within the active scroll region (IL, CSI n L).
Lines shifted past the bottom margin are discarded. Ignored when the cursor is outside the active scroll region. Ordinary image placements retain their position and clipping independently of the edited text.
Parameters
count
Number of blank lines to insert. Non-positive values are ignored.
