Applies graphics controls under the current terminal-response policy. Denying replies does not suppress image admission or placement. Controls and payload are borrowed and consumed synchronously by the terminal.
Parameters
command
controls of the completed command or rejected transfer.
data
Base64-decoded payload whose used prefix starts at zero.
length
used payload bytes, in 0..data.size.
result
transfer validation outcome, independent of response permission.
Throws
if length is outside 0..data.size.
