Creates a committed text event with no known physical key identity.
In legacy and Kitty text modes, press/repeat emits the validated text as UTF-8 without reapplying modifiers; release emits nothing. Kitty report-all mode requires associated-text reporting to encode this event, otherwise it is suppressed. This event is not a paste and does not receive bracketed-paste framing.
