Best-effort foreground executable name, or null when unavailable.

OS queries run once per second on the I/O dispatcher, only while collected. Collectors share one tracker; no work is tied to rendering or terminal output. Session closure cancels tracking and clears the retained name. Consumers own their collection lifetime; this state flow does not complete on closure.
