Corrects the active prompt's visual start to lineId.

Producers use this after determining which stable primary-buffer line actually contains the prompt, for example after a prompt redraw. The identity must come from a session render-frame read after matching output. Without an active prompt, or when the anchor is unchanged, this does nothing.
