foregroundProcessName

Returns the current foreground executable name, without arguments or a path.

Optional, best-effort metadata: null means unavailable, ambiguous, or idle. Implementations may perform OS queries and must be called off UI and byte-processing threads. Queries must be bounded, tolerate concurrent close, and never launch commands. Platform-specific detection limitations belong in the implementing connector's contract.
