SwingHyperlinkAction

Host-owned navigation and optional hover behavior for a discovered hyperlink.

Actions belong to retained occurrences independently of the viewport. Swing UI invokes activation and hover callbacks on the EDT, never during painting. open follows the occurrence's SwingHyperlinkActivation policy or an explicit context-menu request and may navigate through an IDE, browser, or file opener.
