copyCellBounds

Copies a displayed cell's visible bounds into caller-owned storage on the EDT.

Coordinates are zero-based logical columns and rows of the displayed frame, before bidi permutation. The result uses component-local Swing pixels and includes the active buffer's padding, prompt gutter, and fractional scrolling. Partially visible cells return clipped bounds. Invalid coordinates, unavailable frames, unbound/disposed views, and cells outside the content viewport return false and clear destination. This performs no refresh or transport work. Hosts convert these bounds to screen coordinates when positioning native popups. Each leading/trailing half of wide text describes one physical grid cell.
