Returns the latest terminal-native scrollback viewport snapshot.

This method may be called from any thread. EDT callers refresh the snapshot from live component and render-cache state before reading it; off-EDT callers copy one complete EDT publication under the short monitor shared with publication, without dispatching to the EDT.
