Validated command-line replacement plan for one shell suggestion.
The plan is derived from the suggestion's replacement range and the request cursor. Hosts can use commandTextAfterReplacement for learning/feedback while the default Swing acceptance handler uses the delete counts to emit terminal editing keys before pasting replacementText.
