requestActiveShellSuggestions

Requests suggestions for the command line currently reported by the bound TerminalSession.

This method uses OSC 133 shell-integration marker state captured by the session. It does not infer command text from key events or persistent command history. When no trustworthy active command line is available, the current suggestion popup is hidden. This explicit request remains available when automatic popup is disabled, provided SwingSettings.smartSuggestionsEnabled is enabled.
