Shows host-provided shell suggestions for a known command-line request.
The reusable Swing terminal only presents the suggestions. Accepted suggestions are delivered to SwingHostServices.shellSuggestionHandler with the same request so host adapters can apply and learn from the exact command-line replacement range that produced each suggestion.
This is an explicit display request, so it is independent of the automatic-popup setting, but requires SwingSettings.smartSuggestionsEnabled. If suggestions is empty, the current popup is hidden.
Parameters
request
command-line context that produced suggestions.
suggestions
suggestions to display.
selectedIndex
initially selected suggestion index, or -1 to leave the popup passive until the user navigates it.
