Captures one command-line editing capability before asynchronous provider work.
Call on the EDT. The returned interaction is independent of popup mounting: hosts can publish their own results or use requestShellSuggestions with any Swing/IntelliJ UI. A new request supersedes the previous interaction. Input, session rebinding, disposal, and ineligible viewport/settings close it. Null means the request or editing target is unavailable. Source completion does not invalidate a displayed final publication. By default editing is captured from the bound session; an unbound view is display-only. Supply editTarget for a host editor, or SwingShellSuggestionEditTarget.NONE for display-only results.
